Facilitated by Suzana and Dean, these circles bring men and women together in a safe space of trust, fostering connection, understanding, and mutual support. They cultivate unity and harmony between the masculine and feminine energies, allowing participants to share and grow together.
Women's circles
Facilitated by Suzana, these are sacred spaces for women to connect, share, and support one another. They focus on empowering feminine energy, fostering self-discovery, and creating a strong sense of sisterhood. Suzana is a Gyne-therapist - Women's Holistic Therapist and since 2016 she has being guiding circles and immersions for women.
Men's Circles
Facilitated by Dean, these are dedicated spaces for men to gather, share, and support each other. They emphasize personal growth, emotional expression, and the cultivation of healthy masculinity in a supportive brotherhood. Dean has being holding space for men for over 8 years.
